Winter Growth Conference

Request for Exhibitor Space
This annual training conference is sponsored by several Child Placing Agencies, Child Protective Services, MHMR, Padre Behavioral hospital and other community agencies that work with children and youth. The target audience is comprised of foster and adoptive parents, CPS and Child Placing Agency staff, residential treatment staff, Juvenile probation officers, CASA volunteers, counselors, therapists, school counselors, special education teachers, MHMR staff, social workers, psychologists, and any other professionals working with children and youth. We anticipate over 400 participants.
1 table wih a tablecloth is available at the cost of $75 for Non-profits and $100 For Profits. Skirting is available for an additional charge of either $5.00 for "boxed" skirting or $15 for the traditional style skirting. You may provide your own skirting if you wish to. Each additional table is $25NP and $50 FP. The Conference is being held at the Holiday Inn Airport, 5549 Leopard, Corpus Christi, Texas from 8:30am to 4:30pm. Displays can be set up between 3:00 and 6:00pm on Jan 21st (Wed) or 7:00am on Jan 22nd , 2009. You may leave your display set up, but there is no security available.
We also have sessions on Thursday evening from 6:00pm to 9:00pm and on Saturday from 10:00am to 3:30pm. You are welcome to man your booth on Thursday evening but you are not required to. You may also, if you choose, man your booth from 10:00am to 11:30am on Saturday. Conference participants will be on their own for lunch that day from 11:30am to 1:00pm. In an effort to provide a diverse line of exhibitors, the Winter Growth Conference committee has the right to limit similar product offerings and services. Therefore, Exhibitors must be pre-approved by the WGC Chair. Please submit your Exhibitor form by Jan 2nd and wait for your approval before sending in your payment. Exhibit booth locations will be assigned by the Conference Chair.

We give door prizes at the conference and ask that all Exhibitors provide a door prize. We ask that it be valued at $20 or more and it may have your promotional information on it. We will announce that your agency/company provided the door prize and will have it in the list of Sponsors. Please ensure that it is labeled with your company’s name.
If you would like to attend the conference for your training needs, the fee is $75 for Thursday and Friday, $100 for Thurs, Fri, and Sat, $50 for Sat only and $25 for Thurs evening only. The fee includes lunch on Thursday and Friday. CEU’s are also available for $20. You will need to complete a separate registration form when the registration process begins in November.
